Scope
Capacities, water demand, tank design, chlorine concentration
Deliverables:
- Investigate what a Standard Penetration Test (used to get the bearing capacity of soil directly at a certain depth and estimate the consistency of clayey soils) and what a Jar test is and why they may be necessary for design of the tank foundation (WORKING)
- Investigate what an Standard Operating Procedure is and when it is used in this project (WORKING)
- Determine chlorinator location currently and in the future if different (DONE)
- Identify the type of chlorinator currently in use (DONE)
- Identify the maintenance history and future plan of the chlorinator currently in place
- Design and locate water storage tank including overflow, inlet, outlet, and drain pipe sizes, and manway/access size and ladders for internal and external inspections and cleaning.
- Create Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manual for chlorinator and tank
