Bacteria Tests

There are many different kinds of ways to test for E coli in water. But the system i'm describing it's most likely the system we will want to use because it does not require a lab, and is very simple to use. The two pictures on the right is an peel plate bacteria test, it works by incubating colonies of bacterias with the nutrients sheet underneath the plastic. There it becomes visible to discern other forms of bacteria from the E coli as the E coli colonies have a dark blue or purple color, and other bacteria have a red color. After the samples are incubated, you simply count the amount of blue specks and record samples proportionate to the amount of sample size
